Regarding location of individual cooking appliances in domestic
kitchens:
It is important that the barbecue or indoor griller be sited in
the center of the cooking pieces and not at the end. The fans are
normally in the center of the rangehood and this is where the maximum
air movement is achieved.
The deep fryer does not present a great problem as these are thermostatically
controlled so the oil does not burn.
